By purchasing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DS4GHOST grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for lawful purposes only.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Software in any manner that:

• violates any applicable law or regulation;
• violates the terms of service or policies of any third-party service, including but not limited to online or multiplayer video games;
• provides or facilitates an unfair competitive advantage in multiplayer, competitive, or online environments;
• interferes with or disrupts any third-party system, service, or software.

No Endorsement of Unauthorized Use

The Software is a general-purpose tool. DS4GHOST does not promote or support its use for cheating, gameplay automation, or gaining competitive advantages in online environments.

Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other authorized payment providers. You agree that:

• all purchases are final, except where required by applicable law;
• you are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges;
• providing false or unauthorized payment information may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

No Refund Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are granted solely at DS4GHOST's discretion or where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes. If a chargeback is initiated:

• your license may be immediately revoked;
• access to the Software may be permanently terminated;
• DS4GHOST reserves the right to recover any associated fees, costs, or damages.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the Software. You acknowledge that using the Software with third-party services may result in penalties imposed by those services, including account suspension or termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DS4GHOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR ACCOUNT ACCESS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DS4GHOST and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• your use or misuse of the Software;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of any third-party rights or agreements.

Termination

DS4GHOST reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Software at any time for violation of these Terms.

International Use

The Software may be accessed globally. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws in your jurisdiction.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate courts or legal processes as determined by DS4GHOST, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
